The producers takes great care in making each of their ham, each leg is hand selected and hand salted. The whole process is followed with the uttermost care.
This ham, made with less salt than the usual average, brings a truly sensual experience, due to the perfection of the texture and the buttery sweetness of its flavor, given by a long aging process.
Ideal for gourmet  restaurants and gourmet venues, this ham is made respecting all the highest animal’s welfare standards, and it’s sold as whole, with or without bone. It can be divided and vacuum sealed at source.
