These jams are created by growers themselves. So the fruits come from the very same farm and transformed immediately at low temperature in order to maintain  the best flavour of the fresh fruits. We found them especially suitable for  high end patisserie where a very high quality jam is required.  These products are available for wholesale and the producer is interested in finding a distributor within the EU,  and in particular the UK.
